When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within one to two business days, unless otherwise notified. Many of those ship the same day, especially when your order is placed before 2:00 PM (EST). We have a lot of products and some of them ship from different locations. Larger orders may take an extra day or two to get out. If it looks like there is going to be any delay, we will contact you right away. Rest assured, we will get your order out as soon as possible.

Do you ship outside of the lower 48 states?

The prices shown on checkout are for the lower 48 states only. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote and to place your order by phone.

Do you ship outside of the US?

No. I’m sorry, at this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

$1000 for shipping! Are you crazy?

Sorry, we didn’t mean to give you a  heart attack! If your cart is showing a shipping price of $1000, it simply means to contact us for a shipping quote, as you have hit the magical mark of an order that is $500 or more. For larger orders we give you a custom quote on shipping, to make sure you are getting the most accurate shipping price.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Different items ship from different locations. The majority of the United States is no more than five business days away. If timing is critical, please contact us so we can quote you on 3 Day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air services.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely, you will always received a tracking number for any items that we ship to you. The tracking number may come up to one business day after the item has been shipped. If you do not see it in your email, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t end up in there for some reason.

What if there is a problem with my shipment when it arrives?

As our goal is your complete satisfaction, we work very hard to make certain your order is processed and shipped correctly. We take all precautions to prevent errors during order processing, however, errors may still occur. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will do our best to swiftly rectify the problem. If you feel that an error has been made, please contact our offices within 48 hours of your package receipt. If we need to resend the product(s), we will do so at the same shipping service level as the original order. Upgrades to shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We will not be liable for damages or losses sustained in any way for the products, processing and delivery of your orders.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

If there is noticeable damage to the outer carton upon receipt please sign for the product as damaged. If the contents inside are damaged and you need to make a claim please contact us. Do not discard the outer carton or contents as they will be needed for examination for insurance claims. While your claim may take several days, we will promptly replace the contents.
