Can I place my order by phone?

If you feel more comfortable placing an order by phone you can call us at 877-951-9100. If you don’t get an answer, it means that we are busy helping other customers like yourself. Please leave a message and a member of our customer care team will get back with you promptly. Our normal business hours are 10 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday EST. We are closed most major US holidays and on weekends. You can leave a message after hours as well, and someone will get back to you when we reopen for business the next business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or PayPal. Please note, our parent company is Your Office Stop, LLC and any charges on your credit card may show as billed by them.

Why is my shipping price showing as $1000 in my shopping cart?

Relax. Sorry, we didn’t mean to give you a  heart attack! If your cart is showing a shipping price of $1000, it simply means to contact us for a shipping quote, as you have hit the magical mark of an order that is $500 or more. For larger orders we give you a custom quote on shipping. Please let us know the items you want to order, quantities of each, and the shipping address they will be going to, so we can make sure you are getting the most accurate shipping price.

Why does my credit card bill say the charge came from Your Office Stop?

Your Paper Stop is a subsidiary of Your Office Stop, LLC. Credit card charges may note the name of our parent company on them. Sorry for any confusion. The charge is most assuredly from us! If you don’t recognize the credit card charge, please give us a shout for clarification on what the order was for.

Are your designs copyrighted?

All of the products on our website are the property of the respective manufacturer. Duplicating them in any way, without the manufacturer’s permission, is prohibited. All copyrights and trademarks belong to them.

Can an item be returned?

As long as the item is unopened and unused it can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be returned in exactly the same condition they were received. Sorry, we cannot refund items that have been already opened, missing sheets or are damaged upon return.

Any returns coming in that were ordered more than 30 days prior will be refused when the carrier tries to deliver to us and returned back to you at your expense, or we may optionally, at our discretion, accept the return, but with a 25% restocking fee, due to the late return date. So, please think carefully about the amounts of paper that will be needed for your project, prior to ordering, to avoid unnecessary returns.

An RMA is not needed on our paper products, however it is required for our electronics (laminating machines, paper folders, etc).

Please contact us to get an RMA number for electronics. Unopened paper product returns can just be sent back to us, along with a copy of your original order, to:

To prevent damage in transit, please use care when repackaging your product for return. Make certain the products have sufficient padding all around. Your Paper Stop will not be responsible for return products received damaged or not delivered. We do not recommend shipping in envelopes, even padded ones. We strongly suggest insuring your package and shipping by a carrier that can track and confirm delivery.

We will not accept COD returns. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

If there is noticeable damage to the outer carton upon receipt please sign for the product as damaged. If the contents inside are damaged and you need to make a claim please contact our customer service department within 1 business day at 877-951-9100. Please do not discard the outer carton or contents, as they will be needed for examination when we file an insurance claim with UPS. While your claim may take several days, we will promptly replace the contents.

Can I cancel my order?

We do our best to ship all orders either the same day or next day. If you need to cancel an order that is in process please contact our customer service department at 877-951-9100 Monday through Friday 10 am-5 pm EST. While we can try to cancel your order, we do have multiple daily UPS pickup times, so once your package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You would simply need to do a return (see above) when the item arrives, if you no longer want it.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us. We appreciate your business and take the responsibility to protect your privacy. We will never sell, trade or rent your information to anyone. The only information that is collected when you place your order is the information needed to fulfill it and verify that you are legitimate buyer. The information we collect includes your name, address, email address, phone number, password and log in identification for future orders and your IP address. We do not collect your store your credit card information, since all of our transactions are handled through a secure backend system. We never share your information with third parties for any reason.
